You cannot apply directly on the Manipal University website for MBBS. Everything goes through MCC.
- MCC Registration at mcc.nic.in once NEET results are out.
- Select "Deemed Universities" — pay non-refundable registration fee (~₹5,000) + refundable ₹2,00,000 security deposit.
- Choice Filling — search "Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore" (don't confuse with KMC Manipal or KMC Jamshedpur).
- Allotment in Round 1 or 2 → download Provisional Allotment Letter.
