What if I call outside business hours?
Leave your number via the contact form or a missed call — we're open Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and your assigned counsellor will call back the next business slot.
Do I need to pay any deposit through Doctor's Chamber?
No. Tuition, security deposits and counselling-authority fees are always paid directly to the college or counselling body through their official channel — never to us. We charge only a separate, disclosed service fee for our guidance.
What should I have ready before I call?
Your NEET-UG or NEET-PG score (or expected range), your category/quota eligibility, an approximate budget, and any states or colleges you're already considering. This lets your counsellor give realistic options in the first call instead of a generic overview.
