NTA is no more than a joke. Students prepared for 2 years recklessly day and night and gave their heart and soul to those 3 hours and what did they get? A re-exam — all because the organisation conducting it is full of corrupt officials.
Again someone's greed caused 25 lakh students in our country to go through such hardship again.
The Exact Reason for the Cancellation
The paper was already out from 2 days before the exam. It had 100 out of 180 questions same as the ones that came in the exam.
Can you digest that? 100 out of 180 in your hands 2 days before. No wonder everyone was scoring 250 plus in this exam.
A Real Incident
We had a word with a doctor whose son was giving the exam this year. He told us his son came to him one night before the exam and demanded Rupees 20 thousand from him.
When asked why he wanted the money, he told his father — "Papa paper kharidna hai."
A Telegram channel had offered him the paper at just Rs 20,000.
The Irony That Hurts
Now just imagine — a course which has only one nationalised exam for all the medical colleges throughout the country, conducted just once a year, having its paper sold at Rs 20,000.
The private medical colleges charge a fees of Rs 20 lakh per year and you can get into it in Rs 20 thousand.
Even the coaching centres charge more than this for a month's coaching.
Being such a mass leak, it had to be cancelled.
Shame on NTA
Shame on NTA and its corrupt officials for playing with the lives of innocent students. Gathering all their strength to re-appear for an exam that decides their future is a tough task indeed.
What's Next for Students?
Now chances are quite high of a tougher paper in the re-exam. The syllabus remains the same, but expect a higher difficulty level to compensate for the credibility crisis.
So all we can say is — best of luck students and shine bright!
We have failed you AGAIN.
