Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website admissioninmbbs.com and the admission-counselling services of Doctor’s Chamber (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Nature of Our Services
Doctor’s Chamber is a private admission-counselling and consulting firm. We provide guidance, information and support to students seeking admission to MBBS, PG (MD/MS) and related medical courses. We are not a college, university, government body or official counselling authority, and we do not represent ourselves as one.
2. No Guarantee of Admission
Admission depends on factors outside our control — your NEET score and rank, eligibility, domicile, category, seat availability, and the rules and decisions of the relevant counselling authorities (such as MCC, DGHS and state authorities) and the colleges. We do not and cannot guarantee admission, a seat, a specific college or a specific fee. Our guidance is advisory.
3. Accuracy of Information
We try to keep the information on this website — fees, cutoffs, seat numbers and processes — accurate and current. However, it is indicative, is compiled from publicly available sources, and is subject to change by the authorities and colleges at any time. Always verify from official sources before making any decision.
4. Our Service Fees
Our counselling and consulting services may carry a professional service fee, which is separate from any tuition, college, hostel or counselling fees payable to colleges or authorities. Any fee will be communicated and agreed with you before you engage us. We never collect or handle “donations” or unofficial seat payments on behalf of any college.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself.
- Independently verify your eligibility, documents, and all official notifications and deadlines.
- Make admission and financial decisions based on your own judgement and official information.
- Use the website lawfully and do not misuse our content or services.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, logo and materials on this website are the property of Doctor’s Chamber unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission. College names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
7. Third-Party Links and References
This website may reference or link to colleges, counselling portals and other third parties for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctor’s Chamber shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, reliance on its information, or the outcome of any admission process. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
